Our History
For more than seven decades, the Pataskala Lions Club has proudly served Pataskala and the surrounding communities, living out the Lions motto: “We Serve.”
Founded in 1948, the Pataskala Lions Club was established by a group of dedicated community members who believed that service, friendship, and civic involvement could make a lasting difference. What began as a small group of volunteers has grown into a respected organization that has touched countless lives through community projects, charitable giving, youth programs, vision initiatives, and support for local families in need.
Over the years, club members have worked together to strengthen our community by supporting parks, schools, local events, veterans, senior citizens, and individuals facing hardships. The club has also partnered with other Lions, Leos, and community organizations to expand its impact throughout Southwest Licking County and beyond.
As Pataskala has grown and changed, the Pataskala Lions Club has remained committed to meeting the evolving needs of our community. While our projects and programs have adapted over time, our mission has remained the same: to serve others, build meaningful connections, and leave our community better than we found it.
Today, the Pataskala Lions Club continues to welcome individuals who share a passion for service. Our members come from all walks of life, united by a common desire to make a positive impact through volunteerism, leadership, and fellowship.
We are proud of our history, grateful for the members and supporters who have made our success possible, and excited about the future as we continue serving Pataskala and beyond.
Interested in becoming part of our story? We invite you to join us at an upcoming meeting or community event and discover how you can help make a difference through the Pataskala Lions Club. 🦁❤️
